Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) Update

When complete, the SCORP will provide guidance on how the Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) will be administered in the State of Utah. Completing a SCORP is the responsibility of each State, as required by the National Park Service to receive and distribute LWCF funding.
